Reenergize your body, mind and soul with a sauna. Alternating between warm and cold helps to strengthen your immune system, stimulate your metabolism and thus cleanse the body of toxins – a cardiovascular workout and a very special treatment for your skin.
The spacious setting for our modern sauna facilities (400 m²) lives up to its promise:
Finnish sauna (90°C), infusion sauna (80°C), steam bath (45°C), lanconicum (60°C), Kneipp and revitalising showers, indoor and outdoor cold-water pools, rest room and outdoor, fresh air room.
Children ages 7 to 16 must be accompanied by adults and may use the sauna until 7 p.m.; adults only after 7 p.m. Please note that the entire sauna area is a naked zone.
Remodelling and renovation
The world of sauna at the Swiss Holiday Park will be even more enjoyable as of 2012. A ladies’ sauna and cosy fireplace room, further highlights are planned to render your visit to the sauna perfect.
