Fasting with Kneipp treatments is pure pleasure for the body, mind and soul.
At the Swiss Holiday Park we combine Dr. Buchinger’s fasting method with Kneipp treatments and provide herbal teas, water, vegetable bouillon, alternating with Yuma whey, yoghurt drinks and fruit juices for a gentle cleansing of the body.
Fasting Week Package
- 7 overnight stays in a double room
- Juices, a variety of teas, mineral water throughout the entire week
- Lunch and dinner on Friday (light food – breaking the fast)
- Lunch on Saturday
- Detoxifying compresses from Monday to Friday
- Free entrance to the adventure pool and fitness center
- Free entrance to the Roman-Irish spa and sauna
- Weekly activity program, including group lessons
- Guided hiking tours

Fasting week dates
Fasting weeks usually begin on Saturday evening and end on the following Saturday afternoon. Naturally, you can also fast for two weeks with us. The minimum number of participants is 5.
