The Roman style means bathing in comfortable warm-dry air, whereas the Irish custom is based on a stimulating steam bath. The Swiss Holiday Park is the only facility in Switzerland that offers its guests a Roman-Irish spa with a Jacuzzi salt bath.
Lower temperatures lead to a stress-free sauna experience that is generally more agreeable. Please plan approximately two hours for your visit to the sauna. A sauna cleanses the body of toxins, stimulates blood circulation and strengthens your body’s immune system.
A soap-and-brush massage optimises the effects of a sauna. Please reserve the appointment for your massage well in advance.
Thursdays are reserved for using the Roman-Irish spa naked (except on public holidays and on 29th December). No admission for guests under 16.
