During the school holiday period , the apartments are only bookableby the week andfrom Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Underground car park with over 300 covered spaces

Parking Since many guests arrive by public transport, we do not include the parking fees in the price of the overnight stay, but charge these costs according to the polluter pays principle. Overnight guests benefit from a special rate of CHF 12 per night or CHF 60 per week. Various parking spaces on the parking deck and in the underground garages.

Bed linen - Bed linen change before your arrival: CHF 8 per bed - Change of bed linen during your stay: CHF 12 per person.

Intermediate cleaning Would you like an intermediate cleaning? This includes: Cleaning of bathroom and WC, dusting, vacuuming and wet mopping of the floor, superficial cleaning of the kitchen, putting dishes into the dishwasher, disposing of waste. We will be happy to do this for you for a small service charge:

Eating pass for children The eating pass can only be used during the buffet times, except for the breakfast buffet. Included are lunch, afternoon meals, dinner and drinks buffet. The meal pass can be purchased at any time (also in advance) at the desk of the restaurants il Gusto and Panorama and is valid for one day.

Breakfast buffet As a holiday apartment guest you benefit from discounts.

• 7=5 with which you have 7 breakfasts with a weekly package, but only pay for 5x
• CHF 5 voucher, with which you receive CHF 5 reduction per person on breakfast on any day from Monday to Saturday.

Shop Souvenirs, kiosk goods and a varied selection of household and food items can be found in our shop in the leisure park, which is open daily. Try our home-made products with ingredients from the Erlebnishof Fronalp (meadow milk, yoghurt, cheese, kirsch, jam, ice cream, spices, and much more).

Milk vending machine There is a milk vending machine at the Erlebnishof from which pasteurised milk can be obtained at any time. One litre costs CHF 1.50 (coin-operated). Empty milk bottles can be bought in the shop. In the holiday apartments, reusable milk bottles are available for guests to use to obtain fresh milk every day.

Sports pass - 1h bowling - 1h badminton or squash - 1h billiards - 2h sports & games of your choice (excl. go-kart track, multi-purpose hall, instruction lessons, coin-operated machines).

Valid on one lane, one court or one table. Incl. rental equipment. Not valid on Sundays and public holidays, between 26 December and 6 January and after 6 pm. The Sportpass can be purchased at the Sportdesk for CHF 95 per family.

Fitness Pass - Free entry to the fitness centre with participation in all group fitness courses

The fitness pass can be obtained at the fitness desk. Not transferable. CHF 45 per person for 7 days.

Wellness pass - admission to the sauna area - admission to the Roman-Irish thermal baths

The Wellness Pass can be purchased at the pool cash desk. CHF 79 per person

Valid from 1 May to 30 September, Monday to Friday. Non-transferable and limited to 15 admissions in 5 days.

Holiday apartments Dogs are only allowed in individual holiday apartments. CHF 10 per dog/night.

We ask you to leave the holiday apartment clean:

- broom clean - dispose of waste (we have a waste disposal point in front of the holiday homes) - wash the dishes and put them neatly in the cupboards - take off the bed linen and put it in the bedroom.
